“The Challenge and Lessons of Preparing a Corporate Sustainability Report”

 

Larry Rogero is Director of Environmental Affairs for FedEx Kinko's.  In this role, he is responsible for directing programs at FedEx Kinko's concerning waste management and recycling, regulatory risk management, natural resource consumption, supplier environmental performance, energy conservation, and the utilization of renewable energy technologies. He is also championing an internal campaign to integrate sustainable business strategies into traditional business operating, planning and reporting activities.

 

Larry has worked as an environmental professional for over 18 years, including 10 years with Metcalf & Eddy, Inc., a leading international environmental engineering and consulting firm.  There, he served as national director of air quality services and previously director of operations for the company's air quality, hazardous waste, regulatory permitting and remediation services based in Santa Barbara, California.

 

Larry joined FedEx Kinko’s in 1997 after receiving a master’s degree in environmental management from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies. He received his bachelor’s degree in biological science from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
