Successful Environmental Sustainability Programs:
Showing Environmental Leadership in a Recovering Economy

Business leaders today are faced with the challenge of modest economic recovery while trying to manage the triple bottom line of financial, social, and environmental sustainability. This year's Summit focuses on how sustainability can be measured and defined to help achieve long-term business success.

The summit will include the following key topics:

  • How your company can focus limited resources on key areas to create positive environmental and economic result
  • Best practices to help address challenges in measuring sustainability
  • Hear directly from corporate leaders about their successful sustainability programs

The Summit will kick off on May 17, with the 2nd Annual State of the Environment Address delivered by Secretary of the California EPA, Matthew Rodriquez, followed by a private reception for Corporate Partners, Bren School Faculty, and special guests.

On May 18, Corporate Partners and guests will return to the Bren School for a morning of engaging panel and round table discussions around this year's theme, "Successful Environmental Sustainability Programs: Showing Environmental Leadership in a Recovering Economy." The day will begin with a welcome breakfast and conclude with a networking lunch.
