Biography Jinhua Zhao is an associate professor of environmental and resource economics, and industrial organization and economics of organization at Iowa State University. He received his PhD from the University of California at Berkeley, and also studied at the University of Guelph in Canada and the University of Science and Technology in Beijing. He serves on the editorial council of both the Journal of Environmental Economics and Management and the Review of Developmental Economics.
