Greg Rogers

 

C. Gregory Rogers, J.D., CPA, is President and founder of Advanced Environmental Dimensions, a management consulting and education firm focusing on environmental financial reporting requirements under U.S. generally accepted accounting principles and SEC regulations.  He is also "of counsel" with Guida, Slavich & Flores, a Dallas law firm focusing on environmental legal matters, where he advises clients on the purchase, sale, financing, and redevelopment of environmentally impaired properties.

Mr. Rogers is a non-practicing CPA and former financial auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co.  He is Vice Chairman of the American Bar Association’s Special Committee on Environmental Disclosures, one of 30 national experts contributing to the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) investigation and report to Congress on Environmental Disclosures (July 2004), and author of “Financial Reporting of Environmental Liabilities and Risks after Sarbanes-Oxley” (Wiley, 2005).
