Prospective Ph.D. Applicants
What I look for in a prospective Ph.D. student:Ph.D. applicants
Applicants who wish to work with me may have a variety of undergraduate/graduate backgrounds, but must have some knowledge and/or strong interest in organizational behavior. Specific coursework in organizational behavior and related work experience are not necessary prior to applying. However, I do prefer applicants who have already obtained or are currently working on a master’s degree.The average GRE for applicants admitted Bren School Ph.D. program is approximately 1300 (600 Verbal, 700 Quantitative). Excellent written skills are required; thus, I am looking for high Analytical GRE scores – 5.0 or higher (this refers to the written Analytical section of the GRE on tests taken after October 1, 2002; however, multiple-choice exams taken prior to this date will also be accepted).

Priority admission is given to applicants with their own source of funding.
