1. Infrastructure vs. Recharge

Everything is covered by infrastructure with the following exceptions:

• hardware, software and support for scientific computing by faculty that is NOT instructional
• hardware, software and support for additional faculty machines (e.g. laptops)
• hardware, software and support for all computing needs of PhDs and research groups
