You can print multiple pages onto a single page in both Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Microsoft PowerPoint:

1. Under File go to Print

2. Where it says "Print What", choose Handouts

3. Choose the number of slides per page.

4. Click OK to print

 

 

Microsoft Word:

1. Under File go to Print

2. Where it says Zoom, choose the number of sheets per page that you want.

3. When you are ready to print click OK
