These are the steps that you may have to follow to use paper from Tray1

1. Go to the File menu and choose Print.

2. Select the Paper/Quality Tab

3. In Paper Source, choose Tray1(manuel)

4. In Media, choose Plain (if printing plain paper)

After all those steps, it should be able to print from Tray1.
