Services - BREN SCHOOL REQUEST TRACKING SYSTEM

Requests for help with computer related issues at the Bren School are handled through an automated reqest tracking system. Please see the README file for information on submittign a properly formatted request. To submit a reqeust, select the "Request Form" link below. Please be sure to enter your full email address in the "Requestor" field of the form, and a short descriptive summary of the problme in the subject field. Please type any further information in the "content" box. Then press the Create request button.

If you web browser won't allow you to access the request form via the "Requet form" link below, you may simply send an email to request@bren.ucsb.edu instead. Soon after you submit a request, you should receive an automated response from the request tracking system. Think of this automatic response as your "claim ticket" for your request. You can use the request tracking number (the information in the square brackets) to view the progress of your request by cliciking on the links below and locating your request number. If we ask you to send us further information on a request, please be sure to keep the subject line exactly as it appears in either the message that we send you, or the automated response from the reqeust system.
